SCM Series Super Thin Grinding mill Working Principle

The materials will be delivered into the machine body by the feeding hopper installed on the sidewall of the cover shell.Abiding by the roller equipments swung on the star rack of the main machine body,it will make the revolution movement by surrounding the vertical axis and make the autorotation movement at the same time .Due to the centrifugal force ,the roller will swing outside and give much pressure on the gringing ring so that the shovel can deliver the materials to the space between the roller and ring,thus achieving the crushing aims.

1.High capacity : the capacity of SCM Series Super Thin Grinding mill ,campared with that of jet mill and mixing mill ,has been improved by 40% under the same final fineness and electric power .
2.Low wearing part consumption: with the same fineness of the materials ,its wearing parts’ service life is longer than the compact and turbine crusher ,which can be over one years .
3.Trustworthy security : there is no rolling bearing and bolt in the mill chamber ,therefore ,the bearing and sealing elements will not wear out easily ,and the bolts will not loose to make damage to the equipment.
4.High fineness : the final fineness can reach D97≤5um.
5.Clean and environment-friendly:the adoption of the pulse dust catcher and muffler have reduced the dust and noise pollution ,which have reached the national environmental standard .
