Spring Cone Crusher Working Principle

Driven by the electric-motor ,the eccentric shaft bush will rotate with the triangle belt,small and big bevel gear,big bear,transmission shaft .Driven by the eccentric shaft bush ,the cone crusher axis will move circlely ,which makes the mantle close or leave the cone from time to time .And then the materials will be crushed by continously compacting, striking,and crooking in the circle crushing cavity between the fixed and moveable cone. After several times’ repeating ,the materials will be crushed to the required size and then they will be discharged by the discharging opening. Cone crusher work, the motor rotation through the pulley or coupling, transmission shaft and cone to force the Department of the eccentric sleeve fixed for the next rotation around a fixed pendulum movement, so that the broken wall cone crusher sometimes close and sometimes they leave the solid mounted to adjust the rolling Shirakabe put on the surface, so that ore constantly under attack in the crushing cavity, extrusion, and bending and crushing ore achieved.

Structure features of spring cone crusher:When there have some uncrushed materials enter the crushing cavity or some reason for overloading ,the spring secure system will realize the security and the discharging gape will become large to make the non-crushing materials pass the crushing cavity .So we can use the cavity-cleaning system to make the discharging gap continue to become large and let them be discharged out when the non-crushing materials have been jammed in the discharging gape. By the spring effect, the gape will return the normal position and the machine will return to the normal function. And this series crusher can be divided into three kinds :coarse ,medium and fine cone crusher ,which can be chosen according to the various requirements .

Spring Cone Crusher Advantages

1.During the continous rotation of the hammer ,the materials’ crushing and discharging process will happen alternately on the working surface.
2.The materials are pressed,crooked,and cut between the two hammers,which features the easy crushing and low consumption.
3.High-quality: The final products feature even size,and cubic shape .And the flexible cone wears evenly relatively.
4.Cone crusher consists of frame ,transmission device,eccentric bushing ,lubrication system,horizontal axis,fixed cone and flexible cone as well as the controlling system. The flexible cone is fixed on a suspending vertical axis installed in the eccentric shaft bush of the horizontal axis .
5.The fixed and flexible cone are all right positioned .Amd when the flexible cone swings there have a piece of parallel band with the same space nearby the discharge gape of the crushing cavity ,which can ensure the even particle size .And the feeding size is not so large that the materials it will be processed are all the primary crushed materials .
6.The adoption of dry oil and water, prevents the dust from entering the machine body .This two kinds of sealing ensures the cleaning of the lubrication boiled oil and extends the service life of the slide bearing,which ensures that the machine can obtain a smooth function.
