Straight Centrifugal Grinding Mill Working Principle

The speed reducer ,which is installed on the main machine ,makes the central axis rotate through shaft coupling .The rollers ,which are hanging on the hanger roll with the central axis ,rolling around the inside of the ring .The dust catcher makes the inlet and outlet of the grinder form the negative pressure with no dust pollution. And the heat will be deleted from the machine .The dry production :the materials enter the feeding hopper and then falling down the distributing cone within the all directions by the feeding hopper .And then they will evenly fall down on the inner ring surface like falls and be crushed ,crooked by the grinding roller .At last,it will be screened out by the vibrating screen . Wet production :crushing process is the same with the dry crushing ,and the different point is the manner of the water-entering and the separation between the crushed materials and water ,which can be designed by the requirements of the customers .

1.Straight Centrifugal Grinding mill adopts the principle of medium speed and pressure grinding .With the reasonable design, the materials can freely fall down from top to bottom and the powder materials with high hardness and hard processing will receive the same wearing degree from every part of the grinding roller .
2.The materials the Straight Centrifugal Grinding mill have processed will receive the physical properties change and the grinding advantages will become more prominently. 1.Energy-saving of the Straight Centrifugal Grinding mill : the amount of the energy consumption which the Straight Centrifugal grinder’s blower consuming is only 6% of mill ,but Raymond mill is 81% .In addition ,the consumed energy when the spiller slides the stone occupies 25% of the whole energy ,but straight centrifugal grinder has no such consumption .
2. High efficient of the Straight Centrifugal Grinding mill : With the same condition,the grinding roller of Straight Centrifugal Grinder can cover an area of 2.3times larger than Raymond mill’s .
3 High usage rate of the Straight Centrifugal Grinding mill: Grinding roller and grinding ring of Raymond mill are sunken in middle parts ,so the metal amount of the discharged part is only 35% of original weight ,but material in straight Centrifugal Grinder fall from top to bottom ,so the metal amount can reach as high as 65%.
4.Accident insurance of the Straight Centrifugal Grinding mill: if bolt or iron ore falls into the Raymond mill ,this will conduce to breaking shovel and roller suspender transmutation . while in Straight Centrifugal Grinder ,such condition will not appear .
5.small Occupation area of the Straight Centrifugal Grinding mill: It does not need to allocate whirlwind separator and a lot of pipelines .etc, so the occupation of land space is small.
